Sounds like you need to see a pelvic floor therapist! This is common but not normal and can be fixed! And on a related note, if your pee always smells so strongly like pee you may be dehydrated. Good luck!

You have to get thicker liners or pads. You can get scented ones too if it's that big of an issue.
