Help! An unsolved problem even the doctor can’t answer 😫

So for a good 2 years my left ear has been bothering me. At first I went to a fast care place and was told ear infection 3 different times. The 4th time I went somewhere new and he said it wasn’t an ear infection possibly fluid to see an ENT doctor. I went the first time and they said pressure to hold my breath and nose until my ears open, well a year later and it’s still bothering me. I go back to ENT and he says it’s the bones in my jaws or some BS. Help! I’m in debt and pain and no answers. Here’s a little backstory on what’s going on.

It’s only my left ear and always has been. It can hurt for days then just go away for like a week and come right back.

I’ve noticed on the weekend if I sleep later, longer I guess it’s bothers me more when I wake up? Weird I know

Sometimes temple pain too (only my left side)

It’s not a constant pain it sorta comes and goes and feels like a pulse per say. Kinda hard to explain.

Sorry for the long post but any advice would be greatly appreciated. It’s currently killing me 😫
