Has anyone had 3 periods in one month?

I have an irregular cycle as well as pcos. I’m on metformin have been for 6 months. Normally I get a period for 2-3 weeks then it ends and I get another right around 2 months later.

The first period of that month came on its own then I took provera to end it since it was going to almost 2 weeks strong. So a week later I got another it lasted 5 days then 3 days later I got another period that lasted 7 days. All 3 were heavy like normal periods.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else???
