I did this one time full 10mins on the 02/9/2020 @ 9am and lost my mucus plug and start contracting 24hr later @ 8:30am. I was 40 weeks and 5 days pregnant,was scheduled for induction at 41 weeks exactly. Most importantly pray and have faith.
