Low hcg levels

Currently supposed to be 4 weeks. Any of you have low hcg levels. Wednesday tested at 26 now today tested at 71 and doctor seemed concerned but also says i could just be super early. Forsure a nervous wreck. Anyone in the same boat or has been and what were your levels?
