Braxton Hicks all day long

Is it normal to have Braxton Hicks ALL DAY? My dr said to keep drinking a lot of fluids which I’ve done and they haven’t let up at all.

I’ve also been super dizzy. Like the room spins just picking my head up off the pillow.
