Ive loved my boyfriend for 4 months now but he is now my superior since last week. Already, hes been taking the side of the manager instead of mine. This same manager that as been telling my bf that all the employees below (me included) dont do or know shit.

Ive been working really hard and my bf knows it. Ive been working hard because i wanted to be good and feel proud even though it is just a student job. Hearing that my manager have been telling that i dont do anything good on my job even though we've never worked on the same shift have made me hate him. And, of course, he tells my bf how he is great and all because they have been working together, became friendly and been making jokes together. And my boyfriend telling me he knows so much more stuff than i do at that job. But then I ask him what do i not know? And he answer that nothing comes to mis mind rn but there is still things.

I feel angry and sad. Should i do nothing?
