UTI?!?! 27+4

Question

All day I’ve had the urge to pee nearly every 30 minutes. It wasn’t until tonight when my lower back and lower abdominal started to hurt like a needle being stabbed into me. I warmed up water in a bottle to help soothe, but I’m not sure how much longer I can wait to call my doctor, but not sure if it’s worth an ER visit. My husband is out of town for the night on top of it all. What would you do?!

I would honestly go to the Er. I mean some people have different opinions but if it’s been bothering you for that long I’d get checked

I did end up going to the er with my mom. They're testing my urine cultures and I won't know until Thursday. But was prescribed some antibiotics. They gave me my first dose there,and I'll pick up the rest in the morning. 
I think my body rejected it since I work up 2 hours after consuming, to throw up. And then threw up again about 30 minutes later. And I'm not a puker at all. This is only the second instance during my pregnancy that I have.
