Love this name... but we’re Mexican
I love the name Amira.
My husband and I both come from Mexican families. Both of our parents speak Spanish exclusively. “Mira” in Spanish means “look” and I feel like if we name our daughter Amira, it might get confusing for her since “look” is a pretty commonly used word.
