Uterus hurts when pooping?

I have an odd pain in my uterus, like immense pressure, when I try to go to the bathroom. Anyone else? I’m only 20 weeks

Don’t push that hard. If you can manage, get a bidet attachment for your toilet. TMI but you can squirt some water up there and soften it a little which helps a ton.  Bidet is the best $30 I’ve ever spent in my life no joke.

Are you constipated/pushing too hard? You may need to add fiber and/or stool softeners to your diet.
