I've seen weirder names but I throw Beloved in the same category as Legacy, Patience, Prudence, Chastity. Like, those are all words that are nice or mean (usually) nice things, but I feel like giving people a title, adjective, or value as a name doesn't usually end up working. Maybe because it seems to set up strangely high expectations. Maybe because it feels like those words shouldn't be attributed to a single person. I'm not sure. But I'm not a big fan of that. It's like assigning a trait as a person's whole identity, I guess. Like if someone named me "Messy" or "Kind", lol. I don't enjoy that.
