Hello ladies,

Last month Jan 18th, I took out my nuvaring and did not put it back in as we have just started our TTC journey. I am 25, hubs 29. First day of my period was Jan 23rd (like clockwork).

I have been on BC since late 2013, so around 7 ish years.

Anyways. Last Monday, I started having the worse nipple sensitivity. Usually around my period my breasts are sore, but never my nipples. Not like this. They hurt so so bad when touched or something brushes against them. I have also had 2 occurances in the past week of "spotting" while I wipe.

I have had abdomen "crampy" feelings and on Sunday night I had a sharp pain deep inside my vag (sorry if that is tmi). My boobs are swollen compared to normal(even on my cycle), like I gained a boob stretch mark which hasnt happened in years.

I feel nauseous but that isn't out of the ordinary for me.

I took a digital and a pink line pregnancy test, both negative. But Ive been told it may be due to it being too early.

I took an ovulation test last night. Negative.

So I am not sure if this is my body paying me back for being on birth control, am I ovulating, could I be pregnant?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)
