My baby is nearly a year old and I still feel like I can’t go places with her. It’s not as bad as when she was smaller but she still cries a lot when taken out anywhere other than very close to home. She still cries in her buggy after a while and even when in her baby carrier or in a coffee shop etc. I’m feeling down as I see everyone else out not having these problems still and I feel as though I’m stuck at home with my life on hold.

Does anyone else have experience of this or any tips? Thank you
