Positive test & No symptoms?

So, I got my first clear positive yesterday at 11 dpo but I have not one symptom. Is that okay? According to this app I’m 3 wks and 4 days. Af would start on Thursday (hoping not). I’m just curious to know if not having any symptoms is normal? Or okay? I obviously tested again this morning and probably will until I go to the doc.

I also didnt have symptoms until 6 weeks. Only experienced cramping in weeks 3-5.

It's totally fine. I only had them for a few weeks. Have been almost completely symptoms free for a couple of weeks and have seen baby wiggling around twice in the past week.
