If you've done shady things (like deleting messages) in the past or haven't been transparent, would you let your partner put a monitoring software on your phone to regain trust? The software would track any deleted media, as well as app content (like Snapchat photos). You haven't cheated and don't have intentions to because you want to be with this person.
