Nightmares ? 🥺
So I have been having really bad nightmares from either losing my current children , death , kidnapping etc to just having frogs (or some kind of scary animals ) in them which I’m TOTALLY AFRAID of . They have gotten a lot worse & happen every other night . Is this common is pregnancy ? Or how could I help with these very cringing nightmares I have almost every night , I literally wake up in sweat & almost tears if I don’t wake up fast enough .
