My son has been ill, a lot, but today it is the very first time I noticed he had a high fever of 103 degrees or 39.5°C. He also just threw up his tylenol and with it his full meal. It is evening here so the pediatrician isnt available but I am extremely worried for dehydration and other scary things. He fell asleep now but before he seemed to kind of to be squirming like he needed to take dump but he just pooped already, twice. So I dont know. Whzt to do?
