UPDATE:

I called his pediatrician and was told to give him Benadryl and to keep the area as dry as possible. If this doesn’t help then we’ll get him in to be seen.

They first appeared right above my sons privates so I assumed it was some sort of diaper rash. It went away pretty fast then reappeared on his lower belly as shown in the images. I believe they are bothering him because every now and then he will grab at them through his clothes. He has no fever or other symptoms, just the bumps. Not all of them get a white head on them, only the big ones seem to.
