Working out my period.
So, story time ladies!!!!
I hadn't had my period since November (Last period in October) and trust me I lost my mind I had 6 different pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. I was stressed, added weight and wasnt eating so well. Ultimately my body was messed up. Surprised, scared and too busy to even bother, I keep pushing my work and school.
I was worried, but honestly my life was too hectic to let that worry me.
*Side Note*
I had regular spottings so I was like this baby just tryna drop 6 months later.
I do to the hospital and boom you got an infection, wow! Ok then I get on drugs and I decide to also address me weight gain, the first day back at the gym (in about a year) the gym instructor goes "you gained weight" and then I knew I was in trouble. He took me outside for special trainings and 10 minutes into this intense cardio I was like "Please, I'm dying"......
Boom boom pow in less than 4 hours period is back on after almost 3 months of spotting.
😭Now its heavier then ever. I'm on the 4th day.
