I don't know if anyone else experiences this but every time I'm on my period (and only my period) I seem to struggle immensely when pooing (not nice I know). When I do succeed however I get excruciating pain in my stomach and shooting pains in my bum. This must be linked to my period but I was wondering if anyone knew how to combat this so it isn't as painful?? Thanks in advance
