Mommas/nurses help! What’s this RASH?

Question

My 1 yr old was constipated lastnight and had a crying fit and got a little sweaty so I assumed the rash was. Heat rash. Well now it’s even worse today. Does this look like heat rash or hives?? Its on her back Chest stomach neck and back of neck. It’s also on her forehead a little and she keeps rubbing her forehead and itching in her ears. Too late for Dr visit so I may end up taking her in the morning! Any opinions?

Took her to a different Dr bc her primary Dr is CRAP! It’s scarlet fever from having strep throat for who knows how long!

My first thoughts are irritation from detergents or soaps or could be from a viral infection. Seeing that the rash has progressed, a visit to the pediatrician may be a good idea so that someone can evaluate it further.

My daughter when little use to get that if she wasn’t well or had a high temperature or virus. 
It was just her body’s way of reacting to illness, never a cause for concern however your child isn’t mine and it may mean something completely different so definitely go check with dr

Any new soaps or shampoos or anything like that? If it’s still there tomorrow, I’d make an appointment. It doesn’t look SUPER bad so don’t stress (:
