First ultrasound!! Ramzi?

I finally got to see baby!! I found out at 3.5 weeks SUPER early. Didn't get to see baby until 8.5 weeks, 5 weeks of waiting and anticipating, and here it is!!! I've had a nagging feeling it could be twins for quite a while. I'm still not fully convinced this is only one baby. I think there might be one hidden.. What do y'all think?? Also ramzi theory ideas? I'm thinking(if it's just one) it's a girl, but I'm not really sure. Nor do I understand how to do the ramzi theory lmao

Heartbeat was 166!!
