Is this normal

So sometimes when i start period I get a really bad pain in my leg. It feels like what growing pains used to feel like when I was 12. Like really aches. Sometimes it feels like my usual cramps are going into my leg. Sometimes it’s so bad I can’t walk. I’m 18 now and it’s fairly recent probably been happening for a few months now. Does anyone else get this?
