The circle is the yolk sac. This is my 7 week +2 day ultra sound

Adding a photo of mine. My tech told me that's what the circles on mine are. I have twins and this was taken at 6 weeks 6 days. She said the sacks would disappear soon when the placenta takes over. I had an ultrasound today at 9 and 4 and did not see them. Hope that helps!

Mine looked similar to that. Pretty sure it's the yolk sack
