How early is Too Early?

So My last period was January 30th through the 3rd of February and it placed my ovulation week between the 9th and the 14th of February. I’m trying to conceive. I had Unprotected Sex the 9th and 10th and I took a test today and it was Negative. I also took an ovulation predictor rest and it said my There was NO LH Surge. So what do I do now? I’m sorry this is mu first time. My plan was to keep trying the rest of the month because my next expected period is the 28th of a February. So again, idk what to do?
