i need help someone reply
i’m going through a rlly hard time with my parents, and i gained anxiety from it, with anxiety, i tend to over think about everything, i’m going to a therapist soon. This keeps leading me to over think about my boyfriend even though he does nothing wrong i just keep thinking he’s gonna break up with me, i do tel him i think these things and he constantly reasures me that theres nothing to worry about and he loves me. should i stop worrying, and will my overthinking decrease after i visit the therapist.
