Abandoned while pregnant

My ex should I say now banned me after I plan to Pansey soon as I said I was pregnant which again was planned he abandoned me it’s been nearly 4 weeks now and this is my first time so I don’t even know what to do and what does he have kids someone else so he’s been through all the stuff before I’m still in shock
