First trimester workouts

Hey guys so I am almost six weeks and since about April I have been daily working out and actually lost about 44 pounds. I really want to keep working out this pregnancy as the first was a bit challenging for me and I want to be better this time. However, the last four days are so I h e not had the energy or I have felt sick and just not feeling up to it. Been doing a barre blend program on Beachbody. It is low impact and I love it!! I want to do it but just struggling to get into it feeling like this.

Any advice?
