TIPS TO STOP EATING
I usually only eat once a day anyways just do to schedule and appetite.
Does anyone have any tips on how to stop the cravings for JUNK food? I feel like I work out enough that I would be losing weight if I just fixed my diet but it’s almost like an addiction to eat bad foods.
Can anyone give advice/tips or relate?
