My baby keeps crying when he has to poop or fart. His poop is water like. Anyone that’s going through this that can help? Drinks similac blue can and boob

Similac made my baby poop a lot also. Maybe it’s the formula? However, breast milk I believe tends to do this foo

Yesssss for weeks now. They told me to cut out dairy to see if that was making her fussy and poop still watery and it helped a little not barley at all, she can cry and she’ll fart/poop it just shoots out. She can poop and it’ll change the indicator on diaper bc it’s so liquidy they say it’s normal for breastfed babies but I have no idea really

Water how? Like just liquid? What color? Baby poop is liquid at this point since they have no solid food yo bulk up their poop.
