It’s bittersweet but I’m ready to stop. My daughter is a healthy and happy 10 1/2 months old and I’ll be going on a 4 day trip without her 😢 So I’ve decided to just stop breastfeeding altogether.

We’re now down to 1 feeding a day. I had planned on breastfeeding til she turned one but we’re only a month short and I’m ok with it.. I think lol..

Any tips to dry up milk? I don’t think im producing a lot but I still feel sore If I go a couple of days without breastfeeding.

And I don’t want to pump.
