So to cut a long story short my husbands family mum/dad and a few of his nieces suffer from cold sores. Me my husband don’t suffer from them. So the thing that really annoys me as his mum and sister, nieces etc kiss my kids on the lips And I really hate it for that reason! And now I have just noticed my 2 year old daughter has what looks like a cold sore and she was over his mum’s house Sunday afternoon along with some of his other family. So I’m assuming she’s picked it up from them 😔 and now we have baby number 3 on the way and I’m just terrified about them kissing the new baby with outbreaks etc 🤦🏻‍♀️ would of thought they’d know better than to kiss anyone if they have one 🙄so how can we tell them we don’t want them kissing our kids and especially new baby by the lips. Without sounding like we are over reacting or being mean ? 🤷🏻‍♀️
