Those of you who are 40 years old, how long did it take you to concieve first baby?

Just turned 40 and been trying for 13 months with no luck. Any tips?

Have you seen a doctor? Usually after 35 they recommend you see a specialist after 6 months of trying.

This will give you hope, been trying since I was 18 got pregnant at 35 had a baby boy,had son July 2015 started trying again in January 2016 didn’t get pregnant until May 2017, had a miscarriage with that baby then got pregnant again November 2017 had another miscarriage, then I  finally got pregnant again December 2018 and had baby girl September 2019, right before my 40th Birthday in October. Keep the Faith I am a living Testimony God is Real and he will give you a baby in his timing.

Have you had your egg reserves checked and your husbands sperm quality/quantity checked? If not then it's best not to delay as they say after 6 months of trying aged 35+ with no joy to get checked. All the best
