Breastfeeding TTC, no period since baby

So my son just turned one and we are TTC. I haven’t gotten my period back yet (due to breastfeeding), but I’ve been testing for an LH surge anyhow. I’ve been wearing my son and getting period like symptoms without an actual period bleed. So is this LH test strip positive? Almost positive?
