That’s exactly my story along with PCOS. My egg reserve is fantastic but I never actually ovulated anything. Did a round of clomid, trigger shot to force ovulation and timed intercourse with hubby and boom pregnant on the first try. That was in 2016 with my precious boy. This pregnancy was a complete surprise. I focused on my health, worked out daily, ended up losing g 65lbs over the course of a year and turns out I began to ovulate on my own. Surprise baby!
