Getting fit to conceive
So i have come to the realization that my body weight is potentially the reason i have pcos. The only reason i was diagnosed with this was because i have a massive hormone imbalance. I do not however have cysts regularly which most women do. If i do they are not often. I have had excruciating pain since the diagnosis but it wasn’t a normal occurrence for me.
I am wondering if anyone has be diagnosed with pcos, lost weight, and then lost the diagnosis? This is making me borderline diabetic (with the insulin resistance most have that come with the diagnosis) which makes me worry about conceiving/maintaining a pregnancy even though i know it is definitely doable. My only baby unfortunately left me before i could ever even get a scan or hear a heartbeat. So it makes me think it was possibly my unhealthy lifestyle that caused it to happen.
Ive come to terms with the idea that it could be the reason however theres no reason to be stuck on that or i wont have the chance to have a family like i want. Anyways if anyone has dealt with this i would love to read your comments!
