Taken with afternoon urine today

This was the negative test I had gotten on Friday morning with concentrated urine and I had ovulated Saturday! My levels were at 9 just a few days prior to my first negative test! I had cramping today so I thought why not? I’m a POAS a Holic! Lol. And got this?? I’m literally on 4 DPO. So this would concern me for an ectopic! My friend and I both seen the line right away today but there’s no way this could be right? and I 100 percent know I ovulated on this Saturday!
