What time do you do your OPK?

Hey, what time of day do you ladies do your ovulation tests?

I always took them in the morning and right after work

My OB/GYN suggested we take ours in the evening. Where a HPT requires first morning urine a OPK needs urine later in the when fluids ran through your body. Think I read on the box somewhere that they also suggest late afternoon or evening urine. Goodluck!

Usually after work between 3-5 PM. But I’ve had surges after 8PM. I’ve never gotten a positive OPK before noon. So weird!

10 am and 6 pm and have noticed mine are darker in the evening/ night time
