Swollen Perineum?

Is this a thing? Am I going crazy? Vulva isn't super swollen/changed but it seems like my Perineum/taint/gooch is swollen. Baby hasn't dropped yet. 35 + 2 today. Today seems like the first day it's been swollen.

I am in the same boat!!  Super swollen. I feel like I need to push it back in its place. Mentioned it to my midwife who did a quick visual exam and said it’s normal.

Yes there's alot of pressure going on down there, mine has been swollen since about 20 weeks, he's always sitting low to where it hurts or feels uncomfortable to bend over for very long.
