How many of you measured a week or more off your predicted date at ultrasound?

I confirmed pregnancy with a blood test and my lmp doesn’t match up with HCG - so I am going by the HCG rather than lmp.
I’m expecting my dates to be out of whack when I go for an ultrasound.

I’m measuring a week and 4 days ahead. But my due date is staying the same based off my LMP🤷🏽‍♀️ confusing
