Misdiagnosed blighted ovum..

Has anyone been told you have a blighted ovum only to see a baby a week or two after?

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and all they could see was a gestational sack. They wanted me to take a pill to terminate the pregnancy. According to my lmp I’m suppose to be about 6 weeks but I think I may have ovulated late.. I decided not to take the pill and wait a week or so before doing anything that will end this pregnancy.

Just want to hear y’alls experience if it’s happened to you 🙃

** No bleeding or cramping.
