Weaning at three months

Anyone have any advice on how to wean at 3 months?

My mental health is seriously suffering and I just don’t think I can keep going. I feel like I’m being a horrible mom but I just dread my sons long cluster feeding and everyone says it gets better but I don’t know if I can keep waiting for that day.

Just given a prescription because I started getting symptoms of mastitis and now I’m just so afraid to keep going. I feel sooo run down and cannot eat anything, all I had today was toast.

My son does take bottles, so I’m not worried about that, feeling mixed emotions but I just feel my son deserves a mom who isn’t crying all the time
