Anyone get a positive without bleeding from a chemical

So i need some help i haven't had af since November 28th i had a chemical happen January 12th but never fully bleed has light pink spotting for one day. Well now i have gotten mutiple faint line positives has anyone had this happen. I'm very confused thank you
