Trouble getting wet

Every time my boyfriend and I hook up I can never get wet and it makes it very uncomfortable for me especially when he tries to finger me it hurts and overall everything hasn’t been as pleasurable as it use to be when I didn’t have this problem and I’m afraid it has made it not as pleasurable for him too does anyone have any tips or ideas to why this is happening
