Trying again after miscarriage?

Has anyone tried immediately after and been successful? 
I had my second miscarriage last week but my fluids say I’m ovulating. I’m tempted to just go for it but a part of me is like wait till you go to the doctors and get some blood work and test done first. Patience is hard!

Id say go for it. I did....although idk if im pregnant or not yet. Its been 5 wks since D&C and still no nothing.

Wait until you get a negative preg test, otherwise you won't know if you get pregnant again or it's just left over HCG. I ovulated 2 weeks after my levels dropped enough for a negative and got pregnant straight away.
