Progesterone level??

Question

On my 2nd round of clomid 100mg. Everything I’ve read has said day 21 should be above 10 to indicate ovulation. This round it was 7.5 and my dr said as long as it’s above 7 they’re happy. I know every lab can have different ranges but 7 just seems low. Anybody heard differently from their dr? Or had a BFP from a 7 progesterone level?

My 21 day progesterone level with Clomid the month I got my bfp was 11.4. I had thought it wasn’t gonna happen that month since my level was still low. But I did get pregnant that month! My level when I got my bfp was 21.4, which my doctor was really happy about. However, he put me on oral progesterone pills for the first 13 weeks to keep my level high

I have luteal phase defect and premature ovarian failure at 31. I basically was told that I am beginning to go through menopause early. 😕 I have no problem confirming ovulation with opks but then I start bleeding a week later.  How do I convince my RE to prescribe progesterone, or even test for it? I'm on my second round of Clomid which I was hoping would naturally increase me levels that I suspect are way lower than average. Do you have to go in and test every day after ovulation?

I’ve heard of progesterone as low as 5 and having a successful pregnancy. My doctor office says on medication between 10-15 indicates ovulation. Having 7 could mean u did O but it was very very weak
