Anyone else LO’s ear issues?

Went back to the dr for his 4th ear infection🥺 finally got our referral the ENS. Poor baby will be getting tubes most likely:(

My boy had tubes put in a few weeks ago. He had 4 ear infections in less than 2 months. When they went to put the tubes in he has a double ear infection even though he had rocephin shots the week before. The surgery was super easy and he was done within minutes!

This is her second time having an double ear infection within 2 months. I had tubes as a baby, so she’ll probably get them also. Did amoxicillin help your LO?

My daughter has had 4 ear infections.  One more and we’re headed to the ENt. My older daughter had tubes and they were amazing. I hate them taking oral antibiotics time and time and time again. My oldest had some hearing issues and the tubes fixed that. Good luck.

Yes only his first ear infection but has perfurated his ear drum. Had antibiotics last week, didnt work, new medicine this week, had an allergic reaction to. A&e last night, ear still gunking radh covering his face rang ent for advise, had swab results back & asked for urgent referral. 7 day course of ear drops to start today & an appt next friday for ent urgent care. They hoping the drops will stop it gunking ( been 2 weeks) so they can see whats going on & next course of action.
