Dull pain on and off in my left ovarie. I am 5 weeks tomorrow, anyone experience this ?

I have same but I went for Ultra sound and it showed an ovarian a Cyst at 4weeks but the doctor said its normal in early pregnancies and it naturally goes on it own as the pregnancy grows. So either ways you're safe

I’m five weeks Friday and I have cramps all over my lower abdomen. Almost feels like I did a good ab workout. I heard it’s the uterus just growing and stretching !!
