Sore nipples
I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and it seems like my nipples are hard all the time and thre rubbing is making them feel raw does any one have any tips . I have a sports bra I tried but they rub on it and with out a bra they do too but not so bad but they hurt and even the slightest touches make me want to cry
