Any gift ideas for housewarming/valentines for a girl to give to guy?

I'd say make or buy him a nice snack 
Like cookies, a cake, cheesecake, truffles, his favorite snacks all together, or a fruit basket- whatever he might be into.
Or something you know he needs (if anything) for his home. This could be anything from a kitchen item like a spatula, to a power tool or drain snake. Although drain snakes are pretty useful to have, not a romantic present, lol.
Perhaps a plant if he might be into that. A succulent if he'll forget to water it.
